*Partially hydrolyzed guar gum
A great source of soluble dietary fibre derived from the seed of the guar bean–a plant native to India. Guar gum prevents blood sugar increases after ingesting sweetened foods, delays the absorption of sugars, has a benefi cial effect on bowel management. It is also proven to act as a prebiotic to aid in beneficial bacteria counts in the intestine. Studies show an increase in the growth of both Lactobacillus and Bifi dobacterium species of beneficial bacteria.

How and when to take Brad King’s FibreLean:
For enhanced fat loss: Take 1 scoop of Brad King’s FibreLean with a full 8 oz. of filtered water, approximately 20 minutes before a meal up to three times in a day.
